Ordering Information

If you have a need for a specific part, email me at david@everydayxj.com and let me know. On request, I will take a photo of the exact part that you will receive. That way there is no surprises. When we have agreed on a part and a price, I will get an exact shipping quote through the most reasonable source for the shipment, and either send an invoice to your PayPal account, or provide you with a mailing address for a check or money order.

Warranty Information

All mechanical parts are covered by a 30 day replacement warranty. If you receive a part that is defective on receipt, or fails in the first 30 days, I will send a replacement part at no cost to you. The defective part will have to be returned to me before a replacement is mailed out. If I don't have a part to replace it, I will issue a store credit. The credit can be used immediately, or on future purchases.

Non mechanical parts are guaranteed to be as described.
With that said, my intention is to make every customer 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you receive an item that is not as described, or the wrong item, email and let me know. I will either send a corrected order, or issue a store credit.  I may ask for the old part to be returned before I issue a credit.

No cash will be returned with this warranty. I'm not responsible for damage to you or your car, for your time installing the parts, or for return postage.
All parts are used unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Information

Once an order is received, I will make every effort to ship it in a timely manner. If you are waiting on the part for an urgent repair, let me know. I will ship through the most cost effective method possible, and charge actual shipping charges only.
